Yes — tested on my Ryzen 5 7235HS / RTX 4050 laptop with 12 GB DDR5, Fortnite medium graphics, in-game overlay. FPS went from unstable 109–118 to stable 135–144. Ping dropped from 158–773 ms spikes to 30–38 ms (occasional ~70 ms on mesh Wi‑Fi). Your rig will vary, but the tweak stack is the same.
